The Harvest Festival

Dear Humans and Elves,

As the summer is coming to an end, it's time to start preparing for our Harvest Festival. As the stars align in the sign of Enar, the gods of day and night take shape as animals of the forest. They herald the start of harvest and are preparing a big festival. Can you help them with their preparations and build some magnificent new buildings in your town?

This year you will be able to collect Moon Splinters, which can be used to open up Cornucopias containing marvellous prizes, including a lot of brand new event buildings! Opening up cornucopias will also reward you with Sun Flares, which you will need to unlock the Grand Prizes. Completely in line with the Day and Night theme of this event, you will also be able to assemble not 1, but 2 sets of Set Buildings!

Also new this year, is the "Portal Profit" instant, which fills up your capped Guest Race goods! You will be able to obtain several new types of event buildings, so keep an eye out for those! For more information on the event, you can visit our wiki (click).

The event will run from today's afternoon until October 15th so make sure to complete all quests in time and spend your Moon Splinters before they disappear again! Harvest Festival

The Harvest Festival is about to begin.
As the stars align in the sign of Enar, the Gods of Day and Night take shape as animals of the forest. They herald the start of the harvest and prepare a big festival. Catch a Cornucopia and enjoy. There is enough for everyone!

Event Menu

During Harvest Festival you will have two new Quest Lines to complete.
The first Quest line is sequential. This gives you many tasks to complete throughout the Event. The second is a Daily Episodic Quest which gives you a specific task each day. Each Quest will give you Moon Splinters as a reward. They are added to you Harvest Festival menu.

By clicking the Event Menu you will access the Event Window which will give you plenty of information and allows you to use your Moon Splinters :

1 - Shows you the amount of Moon Splinters you have collected and not yet spent.
2 - Allows you to buy Moon Splinters with premium currency.
3 - Indicates the remaining time for the event.
4 - Shows you the Daily Exclusive reward you can get from opening the Cornucopia and for how long it will be available before it is gone.
5 - Here you can see how many Sun Flares you have collected towards unlocking your next Grand Prize.
6 - Cornucopias where you can spend your Moon Splinters. Shows how many Sun Flares you receive from each one.

Moon Splinters

You start the Harvest Festival Event with 50 Moon Splinters and each event quest will give you more as a reward for completing the given tasks. Also, from time to time, Moon Splinters can be found in your city for you to collect.

You can then use the Moon Splinters to open one of the Cornucopias which, depending on your luck, can also give you more Moon Splinters to spend.
Remember that the Harvest Festival only lasts for a few weeks, and then you will no longer be able to use your Moon Splinters to get awesome rewards, so don't waste time!

Cornucopia

The Cornucopias hold valuable rewards! You can win Knowledge Points, Coin Rain Instants, Supply Windfall Instants, Time Booster Instants, Moon Splinters and even the unique and precious Daily Exclusive Reward. It all depends on how lucky you are! By opening the Cornucopias you will also get Sun Flares. Remember: The bigger the Cornucopia, the more Sun Flares you get.
You can choose between the Small Cornucopia, the Medium Cornucopia or the Large Cornucopia, each containing similar rewards, but with different winning odds.

Sun Flares

When you open a Cornucopia, you will win Sun Flares . Each Cornucopia will immediately give you the specific amount indicated.
Sun Flares allow you to unlock the Grand Prizes! You begin with three Grand Prizes available, each requiring a certain number of Sun Flares. To unlock the second and third Grand Prize, you will first need to collect the previous one.

After collecting the Grand Prizes, you will find them in your Inventory under the Summonings tab.

Please note: All effects values depend on the chapter you are in at the time you add the buildings to your Inventory.

Rewards

Grand Prizes

There are 3 awesome and exclusive Grand Prize Buildings to win! These will be an impressive addition to your city.
Also, each day you can win a Daily Exclusive reward, including unique and precious Event Buildings. It can only be obtained by opening the Cornucopias and are only available for a limited time.
Be sure to complete the event quests as much as possible so that you can have a chance to win a Daily Exclusive and make your city rock!

Building Sets

Harvest Festival also adds two new Building Sets. Like previous Sets, these are reward buildings that augment each other when they are placed directly next to each other (in a set). This can mean that their regular production goes up but it can also mean that totally new productions are added!
Please note that, as with previous sets, each set is separate and the two cannot be mixed. For more information on all Building Sets, please visit the dedicated page.

Expiring Buildings

Harvest Festival introduces three new and exciting Expiring Buildings. Carting Library gives 1 Knowledge Point every 24 hours, Monument of Ancient Knowledge gives an Ancient Knowledge 3 Instant every 48 hours and Trading Outpost gives an exciting new Guest Race Goods refill spell!
